What level are foil lessons for?

We offer lessons to all levels. We tailor each lesson to the individual's level.

What equipment is included?

We provide all necessary equipment including an impact vest, helmet, and foil. Just wear your swimsuit or boardshorts, sunscreen, and a smile!

Where do foil lessons take place?

Shokogi's foil lessons take place at our home break in Playa Venao or in nearby Cañas depending on the conditions. If the lesson is in Cañas, we provide transport.

How many people are in a foil lesson?

All foil lessons are private, giving you the opportunity to receive 1:1 coaching. If you want to go with a friend, let us know and we can accommodate.
